Other than Frankie and Karen, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place. My used vehicle purchased a month ago had a failing water pump I noticed within days. Frankie arranged it to be repaired at anything from this place. My used vehicle purchased a month ago had a failing water pump I noticed within days. Frankie arranged it to be repaired at no cost, but when I picked it up, the cabin wreaked of gasoline. Service blamed it on the fact I had transported a gallon of lawnmower gas in the vehicle. A week later, I’m back and have a cracked fuel pump. My powertrain warranty that Don Trexler said would cover all of those major repairs ended up covering neither. It’s convenient they paid for the water pump and a week later are getting that money back since I have to pay $1000 to get it repaired. You can’t tell me they didn’t know about the water pump when they bought the car at auction, and it’s mighty ironic that my fuel pump wasn’t cracked until I picked it up from their repair shop. I understand the risks in buying a used car, but 2 major repairs in 3 weeks of my purchase?One that happened while they had the car in service. That’s some SHADY business right there. I did nothing but rave about this place until the fuel pump was cracked. But now, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. More
