I purchased my car 7/2023 with Lee as my salesman. The moment I needed assistance with the repairs that HE AND I went over together, he then proceeds to tell me that it wasn't going to be approved bec The moment I needed assistance with the repairs that HE AND I went over together, he then proceeds to tell me that it wasn't going to be approved because I added things to the list, as well as told me he only made $100 on the sale. All things I don't even need to know-i just want the car to work! This car has been a nightmare for me. I've had it in the shop more than I've driven it, front end still isn't right (I did have it at KTD and they had to refer me over to FORD where I had to use my extended warranty), the trunk and back seat motor had to be replaced/repaired, now I have pooling of water somewhere in the car that is causing it to smell like mildew. Used car or not, my experience was terrible. Won't go back there! More

Dave in the service department was very rude over the phone and not helpful at all. Excellent customer service. Mary and Katie were wonderful to work with. David in finance was awesome, no pressure, and a great guy to chat with. I arrived to NC for a family gat Mary and Katie were wonderful to work with. David in finance was awesome, no pressure, and a great guy to chat with. I arrived to NC for a family gathering and wound up trading in a vehicle and leaving with a new one. I was in and out in a hour and a half and driving back home to NJ enjoying my new Jeep.
