good price terrible customer service Found a ram there online, price was better than anywhere else, so I drove the hour and a half out one Saturday to check it out. place was small and bu Found a ram there online, price was better than anywhere else, so I drove the hour and a half out one Saturday to check it out. place was small and busy, talked to Leon, had to wait for them put a battery in it the truck i wanted, nothing too unusual, just took hours before i could even drive the truck, made a deal, and was satisfied with the price even though it wasn't the same as online. Before i left he said they kept the extra key and owners manual locked up and would have to send it to me Monday, i thought that was odd but, OK. That week I called to follow up on the keys and manual, and Leon assured me they were mailed out, a week later, after no keys, they told me they must have gotten lost in the mail, and another week later I was told by a manager they were lost at the dealer, long story short after a lot of ignored phone calls to Leon and the sales managers and being lied to and jerked around for a month, they finally paid to have a set made at a local dealership. They never did return my final phone calls to sales and the GM. The only person who was of any help in getting me my keys was Lenny in the service dept. More

Great experience with only 1 drawback Leon Hughes is a great person to work with and I love my new car. I found it on line and went in to the dealership to purchase. When we sat down to do the paperwork and he explained that the $599 dock fee was add to the online price when you got to the dealership I was floored. We were able to work it all out in the end and I know that this is a dealership issue, not a Leon issue. I cannot wrap my brain around why in the world they would do business like this, it was very close to being a deal breaker for us. But again, we loved Leon and the overall experience was great.
