Very disappointed with dealer . I drove over 1 hour to dealership . Before I came to dealer I called to see if car was there. They said it was on lot and if I wanted to put a 500 do I drove over 1 hour to dealership . Before I came to dealer I called to see if car was there. I said that I was coming over to see car I got at the dealership and asked for Venessa a gentleman asked who I was looking for I told him he said he was manager of internet sales and would get Vanessa and ask us to wait inside . He then asked what car we were looking for we told him he found on internet. He then asked what said he woul go get car safer waiting over 20 minutes he came back and said he was sorry but someone was taking the car for a test drive. If he was the manager you would think that he would that someone was looking at car . Also he never did so us Vanessa that ask that we asked for her when we got there. . I was very disappointed as we lost a lot of time and gas to arrive there at 2:30 as we told Vanessa we will . Sold me a car with a known defect not repaired and outside of warranty. After knowing I drive 7 hours to pick up the car and then had to drive 7 hours back home. BUYER BEWARE if purchasing used vehicle! !!! Was looking for a Jeep for my 18 year old son. Wanted to buy from a dealership since purchasing used. I felt that a reputable dealer would take !!! Was looking for a Jeep for my 18 year old son. Wanted to buy from a dealership since purchasing used. I felt that a reputable dealer would take pride in selling even if the vehicle was used. Not this dealer. I understand as is with no warranty but a dealer should not sell to someone knowing there is extreme rust to undercarriage and engine bolts. We purchased a low mileage 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport in April of this year. Small issue with ABS light recently so took it to my mechanic. He could not believe a reputable dealer sold this Jeep to anyone with the rust issues to the undercarriage and engine bolts. Recommendation from mechanic was to get rid of it quick. Will cost a fortune in the near future if we don’t. I am a single Mom who knows nothing about these kind of things which is why I purchased from what I thought was a reputable dealer. No, they are just out for money. I expected small issues since purchasing used but nothing like this. My mechanic was 2 hours away so I couldn’t take it to him prior to purchasing, but again buying from a so called reputable dealer with their own mechanics I did not worry so much. BIG MISTAKE!!! Will not happen again! Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership they are not honest people only out to make money! STAY AWAY!!!! And yes they also provided a excellent carfax report. Go figure! Again my mechanic was in disbelief knowing they inspected this vehicle prior to selling to us. Please stay away and do not trust this dealership I beg you don’t make the same mistake we did!!! This was a lesson as a single mother I could not afford. I had been saving for this purchase for 10 years and what should have been a memorable experience for us has turned into a nightmare!!!!!!!!! More
