Purchased from out of State I am in another state, I contacted Kentson from an online ad. Reached a salesperson by phone who immediately walked out onto the lot. Contacted me with live video, while I was able to view the car and ask questions. He then made the car available and coordinated with an associate of mine to go and test drive the car. Once that was done we negotiated , (somewhat) and completed the paperwork via email. I am picking the car up in two weeks. Kentson has arranged to pick me up from the hotel after I fly in. More

The only thing I wish was brought up when buying, is if certain things you would expect to be in the car, are not. For example, the car we bought didn't have the stock floor mats. Didn't know that. Thought they would be part of the car. I asked on it before buying. They said that half the cars they get don't have them. Would have been nice to know up front. Also, a full tank of gas would have been nice. But overall, a great experience and I will look at them again when I am ready to buy. More
