Very easy to work with I already knew what I wanted when I walked in, but they allowed me to take the vehicle on a test drive on my own. I had been keeping my eyes out for a specific car for a while, and just this week, the car that met all of my requirements came up on Kentson's websit I had been keeping my eyes out for a specific car for a while, and just this week, the car that met all of my requirements came up on Kentson's website. From the moment I contacted them my experience was great. Chance at the American Fork location was awesome to keep in touch with me and answer any questions I had. Once I was able to get to the dealership, they had the car ready for me to test drive and were upfront and honest about any issues the car may have. After I decided that this was the car I wanted, they were so good to work with me and get me out the door with a new car that same day. They were very transparent in their pricing and fees and I felt like I got a great deal on a car. Overall, this was a very low pressure and enjoyable car buying experience. I was able to take a test drive without any of the staff needing to ride with me (which is nice), and the process of getting the loan approved and paperwork signed was quick and easy. I like the fact they don't work on commission and therefore are objective about the cars they have, and I also like that they use local credit unions (mountain America, primarily) as opposed to random ones across the country. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a vehicle! More
