Jesse, (Consultant), offered honest, precise and forthcoming data on available models, including the chosen selection. Jesse took time to confirm used conditions of the chosen vehicle, before I visited the dealership. Upon visit from out of state, the vehicle chosen was made available, but I was encouraged to compare with other potentially solid alternatives, honoring my request to do so. Several test drives were offered and thoroughly enjoyed, further confirming satisfaction in the purchase. The supporting staff was upbeat, supportive and used above board integrity in their comments and advice. It was a very warm, receptive, intelligent and outwardly patient group. Not once did I feel pressured, or misguided. Sale process was overall, very logical, clear, and well within my stated budget. No attempts were made to sell above my firm monthly costs. Jesse went way out of his way to help find the right vehicle and appropriate financing. Additional supporting guidance, full follow up coordination and mechanical questions were promptly, and personally addressed upon hand off to the specialist.
