Awesome customer service We found this dealership while test driving another car from another dealership! We saw a car we liked on their lot and went there after returning the car to the other dealership. Easy check in and we got to test drive the car-there was an issue with the air conditioning and the dealership fixed that and a PCV fail that was found on the inspection. Definitely going to recommend them and we will be repeat customers. The process of buying the car was so easy too! We stayed with Jesse the whole time-we didn’t get switched around to the finance guy and the warranty guy and the service guy-Jesse was “THE GUY”! Super slick from start to finish. Thanks! More

Great Experience We visited Kentson knowing which make and model we wanted to purchase - there was no attempt to diss way our needs. Chance and John at Kentson made us feel very relaxed and comfortable with the price offered and were very impressed with the condition of the vehicle at the advertised price. There were a few minor reasons for us to ask for concessions in the price and Chance was very willing to explore them. With each one, Chance saw them through to the end. Not only was the service at Kentson fantastic but the property itself was very nice with an updated industrial decor inside the offices. The atmosphere was calming and very reassuring with the Utes football game playing on a large screen TV - great to see that kind of respect shown deep in the heart of Cougar Country. We'll be coming back to Kentson when we need another used vehicle. More

He went over ev EASIEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! Chance was zero pressure, super relaxed and we were in and out of there in record time. He went over everything while hanging out on the couch with the game playing on the big screen. There was none of the “let me go talk to the finance manager, let me go work on these numbers, etc” he literally told us the price, told us he would get us the absolute best for our trade, told us how much it was, showed us the screen the entire time, told us up front how much costs were, and all of this was in a super chill, relaxed way! He didn’t talk 300 mph while going over the paperwork, and represented himself and the car dealership well! I always wonder how some used car salesman can sleep at night after ripping people off all day....but not him. He was 100% calm, relaxed and upfront about everything! VERY impressed with the entire dealership experience! More
