Jessica, This is a very disappointing review to read, and truly wished that we could have come to a better understanding during our communication. We could go through and dissect why everything in your review is highly misleading but we will just leave it at this. Being the highest rated dealership in the state, we strive to uphold the reputation that we have built for ourselves over the years. However, there are some situations that even despite our best efforts to explain, respond with respect after a myriad of condescending comments, and correct small errors along the way. There simply are those that we cannot make happy. Being called a fraud isn’t something we take lightly. We did all we could to show complete transparency and we were met with distrust and rudeness. Our goal was to try and help find a car that worked for your situation. If felt like your goal was to find anything wrong and assume it was a deliberate move to take advantage of you. This was absolutely not the case. We wish we could have seen a better outcome to this but we realize that simply wasn’t a possibility. We wish you the best in finding your next car and we hope you can give just a little more room for understanding before assuming the worst in people next time. Have a great day. - Team KCC
