I don't want to be too over-the-top with this. But I truly had a great experience with Bronson and his car company. It's easily the best used car buying experience I have ever had. Last month (Oct, 2011), I was in the market for a recently used car. I found a few of the cars I was looking for being sold from the same place in Bountiful on KSL.com and thought, hmm, who's this guy with 3 sweet cars I'm looking for? After more searching I thought I better go kick some tires. So I went to this place in Bountiful and was immediately impressed by what I saw. It's not just a dumpy old used car lot with all the same old corny signs and bad paint on the windows. It's a few long rows of nearly new used cars that all look really clean and nice. Then you go into Bronson's building and that's another great experience. Bronson and his staff are nice, clean, and talk like normal humans. When I asked to test drive a car, I was handed the keys and told to take my time. There was never any car salemen lingo. No BS. I didn't buy right on the spot. I took Bronson's prices on the 4Runner's he had and went out to compare. No other private seller was coming close to his price - so I went to the dealers. They didn't have what I was looking for. When I told one sales manager at a local Toyota dealership the deal I was getting, he told me he couldn't beat that price even if he had the car and that I should go get that deal. So I went back to Kentson Car Company and bought my 4Runner. It's been 2 weeks and I am still very pleased with the whole thing. I would recommend Bronson and his company to anyone looking for a nice, recently used car. When it comes time to replace our suburban, we will definitely be going back to Kentson. More

My wife and I did our research. We knew what we wanted. Having rented suburbans in the past, it was a matter of getting the right ammenities for a good price. We knew what the dealerships were listing Suburbans and Yukon XLs for and what the blue book showed, and were prepared to negotiate down to a more affordable price. We came across the vehicles listed on the Kentson website and were skeptical of why they were consistently lower than the dealerships. We contacted Kentson. Bronson responded quickly. We set up an appointment to see some Suburbans and Yukons that had the features we wanted. I am familiar with salesmen, their lingo, their methods and techniques, most of which are incredibly annoying. There were no games, no gimmicks. There is nothing salesman about him. He told us what he had. He let us test drive them. He told us what the price was and how much it is over his cost. That's it! He knows it's a great price he's offering. There is nothing to negotiate. If you could get a dealership to lower their sticker price that low, you would be very lucky. He puts a nice DVD system in all his suburbans and yukons. After we decided on a car, we had them put in heated seats in the front for much lower than we could do elsewhere. The paperwork was minimal. There were no hidden or made-up fees. The trade in process on our old vehicle was fast and easy. This may have been the easiest, most hassel-free car buying experience we've ever had. We will definitely return to him for our next car. My only two fears are that he will get too busy and popular if I write too good a review, and that he is an honest person that some scumb-of-the-earth scheister/bottom feeder might try to scam. More
