My experience with Kentson Car Company was extraordinarily positive. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder which ended up having some problems. In discussing the matter with Bronson, he wante extraordinarily positive. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder which ended up having some problems. In discussing the matter with Bronson, he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Since I live in Jerome, Idaho, he agreed to cover my expenses to return the vehicle and find another vehicle with which I would be happy. Everyone was very helpful as I drove all the vehicles I had in mind. When it was all said and done, I ended up with a 2011 Nissan Armada at a great price. I researched vehicles online for days, comparing models and prices. First of all, Kentson had the best prices, but not being a big-name dealer, I was a little nervous. But I was totally blown away with Kentson's professional conduct, no-haggle pricing, and great customer service. The cars were EXACTLY as described, and in fantastic condition. Bronson never to tried to sell me any of the add-on nonsense, and there were NO FEES other than the normal tax, title, tags, etc. I called Bronson 15 minutes before they were to close, and he stayed open for an hour to wait for us, and we were out the door with our new car in 45 minutes. Kentson did not just earn my satisfaction , they earned my loyalty. I will go to Kentson to buy all my cars in the future. More

Buying a Car at Kentson Car Company has been Fantastic. This is my 2nd 4 Runner from them and both times have been an Excellent experience. It was hassle free and they are very friendly! Kentson's is the best! I visited several dealerships over the 2-3 weeks leading up to my purchase. I even went and met with one of my "buddies" at a large dealership. To say the least I was very discouraged the 2-3 weeks leading up to my purchase. I even went and met with one of my "buddies" at a large dealership. To say the least I was very discouraged with all of them. Things like: driving through a dealership's lot just to sneak a peak at a car and having the salesman run (literally)out of the building, stand in front of my car after I tried to ditch him, and interupt my phone call to TELL me how great he is and how many cars he sells a day. Followed up by his manager(big women), also blocking the way out, running out to make sure the salesman did his job. I told her if his job was to make me really mad then he did great! Going to see my friend was even worse. After picking out a vehicle I liked we sat down and talked #'s. He went and met with his manager and brought back a sheet of paper with "Friends and Family Price" written on it along with the price. It was $1,500 MORE than what they were advertising that vehicle, not one like it, for on KSL (pulled it up on my phone while waiting). I won't keep going, you get the point! Needless to say Kentson's is a very unique car buying experience. Making an appt and not having to deal with a cheesy sales person is awesome! He didn't beat me up on the price of my trade-in and I didn't have to beat him up on the price of his vehicle. Consumers are very eduacated now days (probably more so than the sales people) and I new exactly what the vehicle I wanted should go for. His price was a bit below that. He gave me a great referral for financing, a reputable credit union not another cheese ball driveway blocker, and I was on my way home in my new vehicle whithin a couple of hours. Kentson's staff was great and all the vehicles on their lot, that I could see, were quality cars. Paperwork was EXACTLY what we had agreed on. Honestly, almost every time I have bought a car the finance guy "messed up" the paperwork, and it was ALWAYS in their favor. Weird! I can not think of one thing I would have changed about buying a car from Bronson. It was great! I have already sent my cousin down to buy a car from him and he had a similar experience. I will definetly refer Kentson to more people and will be buying more vehicles from them in the future. Thanks guys! More

My Wife and I bought a mini van last week form Kentson car company and I must say, Not your typacal dealer! We didnt feel like we were even at a used car lot. Bronson was wonderful to work with with no t car company and I must say, Not your typacal dealer! We didnt feel like we were even at a used car lot. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I absolutely hate dealing with typical car dealers; in fact, that is the reason I have waited 2 years longer than I should have, before pu ever had. I absolutely hate dealing with typical car dealers; in fact, that is the reason I have waited 2 years longer than I should have, before purchasing a newer vehicle. But Bronson took away all of the negatives; there was no pressure, he was completely honest about every detail and cost, and so laid back. He was so genuine. I kept waiting for the "bad news" to come, once he got me there, and hooked on the car; but it never came. With car buying this straight-forward, I'm sure I'll be back the next time I need a car. And I love my Suburban; it drives and handles like a brand new car. I would not hesitate to purchase from Kentson Car Company again. More
