Over the past couple months, we have visited at least ten car dealerships along the wasatch front. I can tell you the sales pitch of one of the larger chains nearly word for word which includes "We hardly e car dealerships along the wasatch front. I can tell you the sales pitch of one of the larger chains nearly word for word which includes "We hardly ever do this but to insure you get the best price possible, let me introduce you to our manager." We heard the same pitch over and over and over, only to find ourselves annoyed and struggling to leave before being subjected to yet another "we want to try and earn your business!" We'll, this morning we found ourselves at a dealership in Sandy, where before taking a selected vehicle for a test drive, the salesman had to remove his potatoes chip bags and drink bottles. Half way through the drive my wife found his wallet in one of the storage bins between the seats and we relalized that our journey to find a fair price had pushed us to the very bottom of the used car barrel. Then in desperation, we found ourselves traveling sixty miles from our home to Kentson to look at a vehicle they had posted online. We have never been more surprised than we were at the moment we walked through the front door of a beautiful building overlooking not just one, but several vehicles matching our search criteria. We have spent hours scouring online for a great vehicle at a fair price, and at kentson, we found a whole car lot full of them!!! The salesmen were calm and courteous. There was no pressure at all! In fact, my wife made the comment that she wished she had a daughter old enough that she could line up with the young man helping us. We must have looked like idiots smiling non stop as we sorted through, and found the exact vehicle we had been looking for at a price we couldn't have been more excited about. The whole process from start to finish was awesome!!! I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else period!!! We have spent the day telling our friends about our experience and will continue doing so. Kentson has changed how I feel about buying a car for the better. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time anywhere else!!! More

When the insurance Company said they could not insurance me because of the error, Bridgette went to work spending extra time and effort to straighten the matter out with the state of Utah. Costomer Serice Extrodinair - that what it was. They have gone beyond my expectation. I very seldon on questionirs would put a 5. So, even though we lived over 50 minutes away, we took a trip to Bountiful to check them out. We were blown away by everything! The salesmen and other employees were extremely patient,kind, helpful and upfront about everything. Their main concern was that we were happy and satisified. They went above and beyond in trying to remedy a situation we had with our purchase when we changed our mind about which car we wanted. I have never seen that level of service before in a car dealership. They will forever have our business and I have already recommended them to others. From the moment we walked in to their beautiful and stylish office, we could tell something was different there. Our salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful and honest and he told us upfront that they don't work on commision, which is actually very refreshing so you don't feel like a minnow in a tank of paranhas waiting for their next victim. I reside in Washington state and made this purchase with confidence site unseen due to the high quality photographs and willingness to answer any question I had at any time. I did have a friend in the SLC area who was able to test drive for me and he said the 2012 vehicle was like new and checked out on all levels. We just happened in on this company, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. There are a lot of "big name" dealers to select from in the area, but they cannot hold a candle to the quality car buying experience I have ever had.
