Kentson car company is better than great, I would rate them a 6 if I could! This is the second car that I have bought from them and I have been beyond pleased. The cars have been great, I feel like I got a great deal both times, and they were very efficient and organized with the paperwork and getting the loan processed. The employees at Kentson are awesome! Every other car lot I go to, I HATE talking to the sales reps, I avoid them at all costs, not at Kentson. Their employees are all friendly, professional, and I enjoy working with them. I always feel like they want to do what's best for me and not just sell a car. I have been extremely pleased with Kentson, I can't say enough about how great they are. I will buy every car from them!!! More

The way a car buying experience should be! I was blown away by our experience today. Honestly I didn't think such an experience existed in the world of vehicle sales. The last vehicle we purchased was 5 away by our experience today. Honestly I didn't think such an experience existed in the world of vehicle sales. The last vehicle we purchased was 5 1/2 years ago and we were dreading having to go through the annoying and impersonal "process" again. Luckily we found Kentson online and gave them a call. My first contact with Mark was very positive and I was very impressed with the no-pressure, let us show you what we can do approach. I asked a lot of questions about their business and why they do things the way they do. The more I learned, the more intrigued I was with their business model and their "why". Kentson started because they were sick and tired of selling vehicles the same ineffective and impersonal way most dealers sell (high pressure, commission, impersonal, etc.). Upon arrival Mark and the others were very nice and helpful. They allowed us to take our time and they were great at answering questions and showing us all the various vehicles we were interested in. Never once did we feel they were trying to "make a sell", rather we felt they were very genuine and wanted to help us find what we wanted...no pressure and very comfortable. We ran into a slight issue on our trade-in and we were able to work through it thanks to their openness, their willingness to listen, and their help in helping us understand how things work in the vehicle sales world. We felt their was full disclosure and that they weren't trying to "hide"anything. Once we decided on the vehicle, Cache and Mark helped process the paperwork (rather than being passed on to the "accounting" department) and within 15 minutes we were walking out the door. We can't speak highly enough of our experience and we're not one's to readily give out reviews unless we are really wowed by something. Two thumbs way up!!! More

Mark was very timely in contacting my husband when he inquired about a specific vehicle online. He was straight forward with the price for the car we were looking at as well as for our car we were tradi inquired about a specific vehicle online. He was straight forward with the price for the car we were looking at as well as for our car we were trading in. He pulled up the prices on the computer and showed them to us. He came up with a solid price and that was that. In past experiences I have had with buying cars there was always a lot of negotiating back and forth and you were never sure if you got the best deal available. The only negative was that when we picked up the car we had purchased it was not completely detailed as we were told it would be. But when we talked to Mark about this he and Bronson immediately scheduled for us to bring in our car for a complete detail right after Christmas. We picked it up on Christmas Eve day so there was no one working to detail the car at the time. We feel that their customer services was excellent. More
We first found these guy because they had pretty good prices on KSL. We finally decided to take the trip out to bountiful (we live in Pleasant Grove) to check out their selection and we are VERY glad we prices on KSL. What a pleasant experience compared to all the other places we went. Cache was awesome! No high pressure, "what's it going to take to get you into this car" kind of attitude. Just a friendly person to help us get what we wanted, not what he wanted to sell. As I was getting ready to go (we had them install a DVD player) he showed me how to use it and when he realized we had three kids and it came with only two headsets he said he would just go get another one for us for free. May not seem like a big deal, it was just nice that he wasn't trying to nickel and dime us to death. We love our new car and their prices are very competitive. If you are looking for an almost new car this is definitely the place to go! More
I had been searching for a new SUV for my wife for quite a while when I saw Kentson online. I was really dreading the whole car buying experience, but went ahead and made an appointment to come view the in a while when I saw Kentson online. I was really dreading the whole car buying experience, but went ahead and made an appointment to come view the inventory at Kentson. Upon my arrival I could tell this dealership was unlike any other. They were very polite and low pressure. I found something I liked, but they had just received it and it still needed to cleaned up. I told them I was trying to give the SUV as a Christmas gift to my wife, and immediately they were on board to make sure that this Christmas wish would come true. They had the vehicle detailed and all issues addressed by the following day, they even arranged to have a large Christmas bow with the car at time of pick up. They were able to do all of this with out my wife even knowing. I will definitely buy my next car here, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wonderful car buying experience. I was looking around for a Toyota Corolla that was priced good and looked great! I saw the car on autotrader.com so I got my appointment and headed up. Bronson was very up front and honest (something rarely seen during car buying) He told me they don't run off commission and seemed very laid back. I went for a drive and loved the car when I got back Bronson could tell I was in love and offered to help sale my current car for me (it is a re-built title) they don't carry any branded title cars. He took the time to call 4 different places to get me the best deal on my car. That really impressed me that he would accommodate me that way. I felt really good with the car but mostly the dealership. With every phone call between me and every employee was great and very friendly. Bridget was super helpful when it came to the financing and Im glad that I found such a great place to buy a car. When I came to pick up the car it was all ready for me and Padon even helped me move my items from my old car to the new one :) So yes I would recommend this place to everyone, also there building is gorgeous and a must see. It felt very cozy and warm, great decor!! More
