I began the process of looking for a new car for my wife as a surprise for Christmas several weeks ago. I spent most of my time looking online so as to avoid having to step foot on a car lot. As I looked online I came across Kentson Car Company, looked at all of their vehicles, and read all of their reviews. All of the reviews are accurate and give a very accurate description of how knowledgeable the employees are, their friendliness/laid back approach to helping you out, no pressure to buy a car, and bend-over-backwards-type attitude to make you a happy customer. My first interaction was with Bronson over the phone. He was straightforward with what their company does and was very helpful in getting me the best deal on my trade-in. I was then referred to Paden since he dealt with the GMC Acadias that I had narrowed my choices to. Paden was a wonderful asset to help me find the right Acadia with the list of "must-haves" for my wife. (sunroof, tow-hitch, power liftgate, etc.) Paden was very accomodating throughout the entire process, even down to moving his schedule around to help me finalize the paperwork. It was a very quick process and I was very impressed with their building (very modern) and their use of technology. I ended up surprising my wife with her early Christmas present. She was shocked to say the least. :) Thank you again to Kentson Car Company, Bronson, and most importantly Paden!! More

Over the years I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships across multiple states. I have bought new and used, as well as having cars purchased for me at auctions. My experience at Kenston Car Company has been the best experience I have had to date. We decided to make the plunge giving up our Honda Odyssey and move to a Yukon XL. Over the last 2 weeks I have visited multiple dealerships, and driven many vehicles. The night before i found Kenston, we had been very close to making a purchase at another dealership as the sales folks tried to show us why we might not need a particular feature that my wife really wanted....to fit us into "their" vehicle. We decided to sleep on it rather than rush into a large purchase without every option that we wanted. As I was researching online that night I found Kentson, and saw the selection of vehicles that they had to offer. The next morning we drove up to see what they had. Peydon took me out to look at what they had. They had a great selection of vehicles, and we quickly narrowed it down to the one we liked. The vehicle was immaculately clean in every detail (something that the other dealerships lacked). Within just a few minutes after we drove it, we were ready to talk price and trade-in. We talked for a few minutes then I had to leave for an appointment. I came back a little later for a few minutes and spoke to Bronson as Peydon was busy. We talked about my trade-in in more detail, and what we would be looking at from a financial perspective. I felt he was honest, not pushy and was completely dialed in to my experience and satisfaction. I told him I would talk to my wife and let him know what we were going to do. I called him after I got back home, gave them all of my information and set up an appointment for the next day. Upon arriving, my car was waiting for me. It was detailed, clean, and ready to go. I sat down with Peydon and was driving away in just over 15 minutes. They gave me good value on my trade-in, and a great price on my new car. Their business model is exactly how other dealerships should do business. NO games, NO hassle, NO haggling, NO used car salesman approach that we have all come to know and despise. We were so happy with our experience that we referred a family member who bought a Suburban also from them the very next day. I have since found out that many other friends of ours have purchased from them and had the same experience. More
