Kentson has a surprisingly large inventory of late model SUV's, crossovers and other similar vehicles. Most everything I looked at could pass for new. Beyond the selected vehicle, the sales process was respectful. A fair price, reasonable fees, and no unnecessary packages, warranties or sales pressure. All in all, a very pleasant experience! I will certainly refer friends and family members to both Bronson and Mark. More

What a marvelous experience! My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle large enough to accommodate our young family. My wife inherited a vehicle from her Grandfather and although a beautiful car it looking for a vehicle large enough to accommodate our young family. My wife inherited a vehicle from her Grandfather and although a beautiful car it didn't meet our needs. We found the Suburban we wanted on Kentson Cars website. I called that night and left a message expressing our interest in a vehicle, first thing the next morning I received a return call from Paden a salesman with Kentson Cars, he was very polite and respectful, we agreed to meet later that day. I was held up and not able to keep our appointment , again, Paden was very professional and understanding. When I finally arrived the Suburban we were interested in was out front and ready to be seen and driven. Through this process we never felt any pressure, Paden made us feel at ease, he listened to our needs and interests as well as answered all of our questions. He was very thorough explaining the trade in process and how they best determine the value of our trade, he went the extra mile in reaching out to other dealers to try and get us top dollar for our trade. Paden was kind enough to inform us of other Suburban options, a range of prices within their inventory. Again, there was never any pressure, we received the most for our trade and proceeded to purchase our new family vehicle. Kentson Car Company helped us set up financing which was a breeze, our whole family returned the next day to drop off our vehicle and pick up our new one, when we arrived we received a friendly greeting from a salesman named Taylor, asking how he might help- once inside Mark, another kind salesman helped us with all of the final paper signing and than he took the time to come outside and walk us through all of the different features, explaining how things work and how to use them. They made it painless; I was in and out within 1 hour of credit approval. I went the night before purchasing my vehicle to see another Tahoe and they stayed open later to accommodate my schedule. The vehicle I purchased was coming in within 24hrs and Zack said I would have the first crack at it the next day no matter what time I came in. He kept his word and we now have a great vehicle. We had been looking to buy a new or late model SUV when we came across Kentson Car Company. They had more vehicles to choose from than most dealers and were great to work with, especially "Cache". He was genuinely concerned with us as customers and went the extra mile to resolve some very minor issues with the vehicle. The only down side was that some of their vehicles only come with 1 set of keys but they will give you their cost on a 2nd set, if needed. Overall, we would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a good price! More

We "stumbled" upon Kentson Car Company while shopping online for a used late model Chevy Tahoe. We had never heard of Kentson before, and we were initially put off by the need to make an appoin shopping online for a used late model Chevy Tahoe. We had never heard of Kentson before, and we were initially put off by the need to make an appointment to see the car we were interested in. Also, we were frustrated that most of their advertised cars (approx. 90% of the Tahoes) were not available due to "pending" sales. As a result, we went on to shop other dealers, did some test drives, and realized that the pricing at the other dealers was much higher than Kentson for vehicles with comparable equipment. Also, we had some negative experiences at these other dealerships- haggling over trade-in allowance, and overbearing used car managers- which reminded us of previous encounters at traditional dealerships. We then went back online, rechecked Kentson's listings, and realized just how good their pricing was. It became clear that we could get a better equipped, more recent model year, with fewer miles, than we could elsewhere. We also were encouraged by their amazing customer reviews (>99% positive), especially in comparison to the other dealers we were familiar with. Long story short- we contacted Kentson again, and found out they had just acquired the exact unit/color we were looking for. They stayed late that same night to allow us to see & test drive the car, we put on a deposit, and the salesman (Cache) was able to summarize the transaction on a post-it note. It was a heavy snow day, so they brought the vehicle inside and detailed it to perfection- and had it ready for our final inspection on arrival to the dealership. They matched our trade-in appraisal from Car Max, and the entire transaction was completed the following day, in about 15-20 minutes. This was the most unique and refreshing interaction we have had with a dealer during a car purchase EVER. The pricing is as good as it can be, there is no haggling over numbers, there are no hidden charges, the units are in virtually new condition with very low miles, and the sales staff is a pleasure to work with. Kentson has a limited number of makes/models in stock- and they are typically manufacturer 8-12 month lease returns. However, if you are looking for one of the cars they stock- you will not find a better deal anywhere, and the transaction will be a breeze. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and we may never buy a car anywhere else in the future. More
