Normally I look forward to buying a car about as much as I look forward to going to the dentist. The pressure to buy/upgrade, and the negotiation tactics, at a typical dealer are repulsive to me. When my neighbor told me about his experience at Kentson, I had to check it out. The culture and tone was completely different from any car buying experience I have ever had. It was so easy to find exactly the car we were looking for, and the price was significantly lower than anywhere else we had looked. Mark was an expert with the process, and extremely friendly. I felt he was truly advocating for my best interest - and in my experience, Customer Excellence is not the normal m.o. in this industry. I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else, and I will not hesitate to point my friends and family towards Kentson as well. Thank you! More
My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Cheverolet Suburban from Kentson. We have been in the market for this car for quite awhile and been to other dealerships in the process. We stumbled onto Kentson on the internet after searching for a quality and reasonably priced Suburban or Yukon XL with no luck. The vehicles listed on the website seemed to be too good to be true and the prices were excellent. We had to see for ourselves. After talking to Kentson over the phone, we stopped in the same day to view their Suburbans. They were just as advertised - low miles, absolutely nothing wrong with them, and a large selection. Our sales rep was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, assisted with our questions, and never once put any sort of pressure on us to buy. Once we chose the Suburban that we loved, it only took 15 minutes to complete the paperwork and drive away in our new car. We had a wonderful experience buying a Suburban from Kentson! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a near-new SUV at a great price. We would be totally comfortable buying remotely from Kentson in the future - everything was just as advertised. We will definitely come here for our next vehicle. More
Yesterday, my wife and I purchased a car from Kentson Car Company in Bountiful so that we can fit our expanding family together in one vehicle. We're both very pleased with the car and the dealership was great. That is quite an understatement. The dealership was awesome and we got much more car than we would have been able to afford on our own. I say on our own, because if I were out looking for the right car all day, I'd get tired of shopping and pay much more for a far lesser vehicle after about the 3rd day. With Kentson, Mark offered to help us find a car. All that I had to do was give him an idea as to what kind of car we were looking for and what ballpark figure I thought was fair. I later got a phone call from Mark saying that they got something in that might work for us. It would have worked, it was exactly what I had asked for after all, but we passed for whatever reason and Mark's reaction was priceless. "No sweat, we have cars come in all the time and I'll give you a call." That reaction for some reason reminded me of Armando Galarraga's reaction to the call that cost him a perfect game. It was beautiful, he didn't argue with the umpire, just went back to doing what he'd been doing for 9 innings. Some time went by and I got another call from Mark and the car and price were right and timing was right....right-er. I couldn't find anything comparable anywhere (including online classifieds) and you'd think it was direct from the factory after they had finished detailing it. Thank you Mark for your time,effort and pressure free approach. We will be back for sure in the future and will be sending everyone we know Kentson's way. More
We found Kentson car company online while browsing for a new car for our family. They had great reviews and inventory but we were out of state so we didn't know if we should make the drive or not. We talked to a few of the salesmen at the dealership on the phone and ended up picking out a low mile car over the phone and driving down on the weekend. When we arrived Zach showed us the car inside and out and it was in great condition, just like we had expected. We are so happy we made the drive down to Kentson. Very easy process. Very professional. We will be back for our next car. More
Went to Kentson Car Co to purchase a Newer 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe on Sat Jan 25th. I had purchased a 2011 Tahoe in Jan 2012, two years ago and took it into Kentson to trade it on the newer 2013 tahoe. Bronso Tahoe on Sat Jan 25th. I had purchased a 2011 Tahoe in Jan 2012, two years ago and took it into Kentson to trade it on the newer 2013 tahoe. Bronson looked it over and gave me a great appraisal in less than 5 minutes. I looked the newer 2013 Tahoe over in about 5 mins and made the trade with them. The whole process took around 25 to 30 minutes for the deal to happen. Fastest deal ever and I couldn't be happier, with the 2013 Tahoe. There couldn't be a faster, friendlier dealer in the USA. And I drove all the way from Cedar City, Utah to do this deal. I don't like most of the dealer's in Southern Utah, as they try to rip you off, or charge you too much for a vehicle and give you peanuts for your vehicle.... More
