I'm so glad my husband and I went to Kentson last weekend when we were looking for a new family car. I usually hate the whole car buying process but it actually was great. Our car buying experience at Kentson Car Company was like no other we have experienced in 47 years of marriage. Usually my husband searches out the best car and price and after hours shopping the best deal, no other we have experienced in 47 years of marriage. We became aware of Kentson through our son who informed us that we would need to call for an appointment with an employee who would show us the cars we were interested in buying. On the appointed day and hour, we met with Mark. We told him what we wanted and he directed us to those cars, opened the doors, shared pertinent information and the no haggle price. He stated that none of the sellers worked on commission and that all employees worked together toward a common goal. At no point did we feel pressured to buy or felt that we were hearing a sales pitch. We returned the following day knowing that Mark would not be working. Bronson picked up flawlessly and moved the sale through. He made it happen....answered every question definitively and sincerely wanted us to be satisfied. The young woman in the business office was knowledgeable and pleasant. We felt that our time was respected and that the staff was honest, efficient and selling a good product at a fair price. We would highly recomment this company to our family and friends. More

I called Kentson ahead of time to set up an appointment. I was immediately impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. They scheduled me exactly when I needed. I had many questions about buying from out of state, all of which they were able to clearly answer. On the day of our appointment we met Paden, who was prompt and very easy going. As we looked at cars, we never once felt any type of typical "car salesman" pressure. He knew about the vehicles, could answer all of our questions, and was very helpful. You could tell he was devoted to helping us find exactly what we needed. He was patient with our decision making process, allowing us to test drive any vehicles we were interested in. When we chose a vehicle, he worked to get us the best interest rate, and made the entire process so simple and easy. We are thrilled with the suburban we purchased.
