Cache was great to work with and was very patient as we went through the decision process. When we finally bought our car the paperwork was all ready for us and took less than 10 minutes. Cache said to call him if we had any issues - a couple of days later we had a small issue and they immediately took care of it. I AM SO IMPRESSED!!! It was a very refreshing experience to not have all of the different fees at the end of the deal...everything is upfront! Bottom-line the Kentson Team is looking for a smaller car for my wife in which she has specified the color and the interior she likes. Should say this is how we ended up with the Yukon; if we had not gotten the call from Paden someone else would have purchased as it was a very good, and clean fair deal for the vehicle we were looking for! The cars were priced lower than anywhere else and lots of pictures which is so nice so you can see what features were available in each vehicle. We made an appointment, which I loved. Mark was amazing. I liked that both he and Bronson were so down to earth and genuine. I didn't feel like we got the run around at all and we were able to look at several cars until we found one we loved. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was truly a Wonderful experience. We didn't leave feeling irritated or like we overpaid for our new car. Even after we purchased the car Mark was wonderful to answer any questions we had.
