Easiest car I ever bought I had a great experience, no pressure what so ever! Getting financed was easy, my sales person role me all the numbers upfront before even applying fo I had a great experience, no pressure what so ever! Getting financed was easy, my sales person role me all the numbers upfront before even applying for a loan. He was honest the loan would take 30 min to be approved. And then my sales man was honest that it would take 15 min to prepare paperwork. The salesman worked with me to get my payment where I wanted adjusting interest rates down payment and length of time until I was satisfied with my payment. It was an awesome easy experience there were no secrets. No waiting without knowing why. The sales people were so easy going and nice. And to be honest it did take me about an hour to officially decide on my car. The guy was very patient, no pressure. He kept letting me go back out and look and drive the car until I decided. The one and only complaint I have, my car had a paint chip on the bumper. I asked the sales guy if they could touch it up. To his credit he didn't see it afterward. But whoever touched it up just put a blob of white paint in the middle, it's the wrong color, it doesn't cover the edges, and it's really rough it looks terrible. More

Dealing with Chase I don't buy cars very often. My last one lasted my 17 years. Mainly because in the old days, you would have to "Negotiate" a deal: Salesman makes an o I don't buy cars very often. Mainly because in the old days, you would have to "Negotiate" a deal: Salesman makes an offer, you counter, salesman goes to the fish bowl to consult, come back with a counter offer, etc. etc. With Kentson Car Company, I was very much impressed at the straightforward business they run. The price is fair, and Chris, my salesman, was great. So this time I did my homework. I researched car prices in Utah and surrounding states for the Hyundai Santa Fe I wanted. There is absolutely 0% pressure and a negative % of hype. We spent a long time test driving many different vehicles. Then once we picked one out, Kelly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted to add to the vehicle. We added leather, a dvd player, some new floor mats, a Toyota certified warranty etc. etc. We still came out ahead. This place is exceptional. If you do nothing else, at least check out what they have. Thanks Kentson and thanks Kelly. P.S. I was three weeks out of having open heart surgery when we started this whole process. The last thing I needed was to deal with any pressure. We got exactly what we needed. More
