I found the Yukon I ended up purchasing at Kentson. I was hesitant about buying out of state. Brian Lund, my sales specialist, helped to ease those fears. He was very responsive to my texts, calls and emails. He thoroughly went through the vehicle from top to bottom and even face timed me so I could see the vehicle “in person”. My husband and I felt comfortable making the purchase. Brian was honest and never hassled me like some salesman do. My husband flew down to pick up the vehicle and was very impressed by their dealership. It was clean, well organized and everyone was courteous. There is a full wall of awards Kentson has won for being the best dealership in Utah. The paperwork was ready and my husband was out of there in no time. He even told me that it smelled like a new car and when we saw it in person, the first thing my daughter said was that it smelled brand new! We committed to buy it and were out the door with our car less than an hour later! They detailed it for us and you can tell that Kentson takes pride in their cars and their dealership! All the employees were great, but Brian was especially awesome at communicating with me, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me, not a typical “salesman.” Our car was priced right, and I would recommend everyone to this company!
