What a mess We are from out of state. I called on a vehicle we wanted on a Saturday night about an hour adapter they closed. I left a detailed voicemail on the ve We are from out of state. I called on a vehicle we wanted on a Saturday night about an hour adapter they closed. I left a detailed voicemail on the vehicle we were interested in. I waited until about 11:00am on Monday and no one called me so I called them back. Specified which vehicle I wanted. The salesman sent me the bill of sale on the vehicle. I forwarded it to my bank. We made arrangements to go pick the vehicle up on Monday night. Then at around 5 pm the salesman calls me and tells me the vehicle we wanted sold on Friday and the bill of sale that we and the bank had been working off of was for the wrong vehicle... Then he calls me back and said the people that bought it Friday wanted a different color so they came and traded it back in... We finally get the correct bill of sale. We make arrangements to go pick up the vehicle. We pull up to the lot and it looks like the car was washed a few weeks ago and the gas tank was on a quarter tank. Someone from inside the building unlocked the car for us, the salesman never came outside to show us the vehicle. We decide to go ahead with the purchase. My wife asked them to fill up the tank for us because it was on a quarter tank and we got a response “oh yeah I guess we could do that”. We get back in the vehicle to drive it home and the filled it to 3/4 tank. Mine and my wife’s jaw dropped at how tacky this was. Seriously these guys have never heard of customer service. We bought with them because the vehicle is what we wanted and pricing was competitive. Dealing with the dealership was horrible. Through all of that mess there was not a cent of discount in price, no “sorry for all the troubles”. It was a joke. More
