They only sell newer, low mileage, clean title vehicles so every vehicle we drove was in great condition. The staff was friendly and did not pressure us about any vehicle. If you plan to trade in a vehicle at Kentson they offer much less than their online trade-in calculator estimates. That was frustrating. And be sure to bring your own water bottle. Kentson could scrounge a few bucks for customer water. Even my hair stylist provides that simple service. More

Over the past several years I've bought 4 cars from Kentson and encouraged my friends and family to do the same because you couldn't find a better dea Over the past several years I've bought 4 cars from Kentson and encouraged my friends and family to do the same because you couldn't find a better deal online. But as the saying goes, "All good things must come to an end!" They are now just like any other typical used car dealership charging outrageous fees just to pad their pockets even more. All the cars I bought previously had a $295 dealer doc fee and I was able to finance through my preferred credit union. Now their doc fee is $595 and I have to pay an additional $395 if I DON"T FINANCE THROUGH THEM! That's unheard of! Penalizing a customer $395 because they don't finance through you just so you can take my check to your bank? Do yourself a favor and look into the fine print before you buy from these guys. More

I communicated for two weeks with Brian to narrow down our interest to two vehicles. We drove the five hours to Bountiful to see both vehicles. Brian had the cars detailed and transported to Bountiful from their southern facility. I sent Brian information before our trip that he would need should we chose to buy. We chose the vehicle we preferred and the process of the sale was completed in 30 mins. Good experience! More
