This is one of the most despicable business establishments I have ever attempted to do business with within the past 30 years. Every single person in this cesspool will lie to your face to reel you in and start bombarding you from every direction with their snake oil salesman antics. I called about a car and spoke with Rima from online sales. I told her I live an hour away and wanted her to confirm with a sales manager that they would agree to my lease terms. Rima put me on hold and came back confirming that her manager will honor those terms. I asked her about the milage on the car and again Rima (some times she goes by the name Leila, don't ask me why) confirmed after double checking the mileage on the car that it is brand new and that it has less than 100 miles. Over the next hour I called THREE DIFFERENT TIMES to confirm with Rima/Leila the terms of the lease and the condition of the car and asked her to confirm them with the manager and she confirmed that we are all good to go. I took off from work, my wife took off from work and we drove an hour to this Nissan mud pit. Of course none of the crap they promised over the phone was true. The 2023 Nissan Ariya Empower+ was filthy, had 2950 miles on it, there was a baby cars eat with a half full baby bottle in the back, the interior was filthy with grease covering all controls and buttons of the car and a scooter was in the trunk. To top all that, the monthly payment was double what we agreed on over the phone. When I got upset and demanded to speak to Rima multiple times to sort this out, they sent in their rabid hyena of a sales manager who came out swinging. When I expressed to him how upset I was that they wasted my time by making me drive an hour for nothing, his glorious response was: who cares, we can fill your gas tank!!!!!!! I said are you kidding me?!! We had to take off from work to come here, and he fired right back with a smirk: who cares, how much do you make an hour? That was when my wife got up to leave and immediately he got up and said we don't want your business and shouted GET OUT and pointed at the door. No wonder this (I have a hard time calling them a Nissan dealership) joint is rated a big fat F on the better business bureau. I wish I knew the name of that sales manager who jumped in and escalated the situation quickly without even introducing himself other than by saying he was a sales manager. I am writing this review because this has been the worst experience with a dealership since I have been buying cars. First they were xx’ing me about getting me to the dealership to buy my vehicle. Each time they tried to low ball until they really needed the used vehicles and gave me what I wanted for my vehicle. In the process of them buying my vehicle I got into a Lexus ES350 that they had at the lot that just came in! The agreement for me taking the vehicle was all maintenance is suppose to be done on the vehicle before I leave because I informed them that I use the vehicles for rideshare and it cannot have safety issues! Once we signed the papers they told me they were going to do the work they just need to have the car for like a day or two! So 3 days gone by and no communication, I drive the rental back up to the dealership to see what the hold up is, I talk to the Boss man of the dealership and my car salesman Kyron had lost the keys to my vehicle! The Boss man told me for the inconvenience they will mail out to me the $300. Almost a whole year later and still waiting and have been given the run around since and still haven’t gotten a call back or any updates. On top of that, I found out that they knew the vehicle had safety issues months ago concerning the tire pressure sensors and said nothing about it until I brought the vehicle back up there, in which they are trying to get me to pay for as well as rust on the rodder that is wearing unevenly! Being the person I am I don’t mind paying for the service however the business still owes me $300 and I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for something that should have already been done or at least checked out before I drove away from the building! And still haven’t heard from the Now Car Sales Manager since I was up there at the location weeks ago! I’ve been waiting too long to hear back from the people that is suppose to be assisting. On top of almost every time I call up there they are busy but haven’t gotten a call back yet. I may have to contact the business bureau on this cause the level of customer service support and overall care for those who they are suppose to be helping is down right zero stars! More
I always use Kenosha Nissan for my service needs. Mark did a great job at squeezing me in with no appointment. I had an oil change and tire rotation and they cleaned my car.
