I have been having an ongoing problem with excess oil consumption. It is frustrating that I now need to carry extra oil in my car. Yesterday I accidentally got Jared as a service manager and he listened consumption. It is frustrating that I now need to carry extra oil in my car. One had gotten an over-$5,000 estimate from another dealership for work Kenny Ross said wasn't needed. Instead, he was going to be paying a $100 deductible for a more minor repair that was covered on his extended warrantee. So glad I got my Subaru Crosstrek at Kenny Ross. From the salesman to the service people to the clerical staff, they are great!!! More

Check and replace front and rear brakes. Upon arriving at my 7:00am scheduled appointment, two service employees welcomed me and we’re ready to take care of my vehicle. After checking my car, I was given a couple options to repair my brakes. The work was performed in a reasonable time and all my questions were answered. I wasn’t able to Pair my new mobile phone to my car, so another service employee was immediately available to assist and solve the problem. All service employees were friendly, helpful and willing to assist with the care of my Subaru Legacy. My car has been serviced at this location for the past 4 years and I will continue to visit here in the future. More

If you have to wait a long time for the service to be completed the customer lounge is very upscale.....a definite plus. More
