I have never had a problem with any of the services completed at Kenny Ross. Unfortunately the same can not be said of a couple of other Subaru dealers. I have always had a good experience with their service department. I thought my brakes needed replaced because they were squeaking but they were checked and determined to be ok. I was sorry to have wa department. I thought my brakes needed replaced because they were squeaking but they were checked and determined to be ok. I was sorry to have wasted their time. The service representative (Bryan Hastings) assured me that their time had not been wasted and explained what the most likely cause of the squeaking was and that the brakes had been cleaned. More
