Subsequently, any time I have needed to call on your service staff, I’ve had excellent interactions with the entire service department. In this case, I am getting ready for two road trips, and Al was able to get me in first thing the next morning (my car was making a not-good sound….bad rear rotors, as it turned out)….. I do not enjoy television in waiting rooms, and I asked if (at the time the two other customers happily agreed) we could turn the sound off. I don’t know who the nice man was who quickly accommodated that request. I do sort of wish there was one designated QUIET WAITING SPACE…but the effect was achieved……I love that you always wash the car when finished….BONUS!! Thanks! More

Brian Hastings went above and beyond to make sure both me and my car were taken care of. When my front plate came off if the car wash he happily retrieved it and helped me put it back on in a way to prevent and my car were taken care of.
