They always are so friendly and kind. I've never once had any issue even as a women getting things done, they never try and up sale or lie about something being wrong. Every reputed dealership provides an itemized bill clearly labelling labor and parts. My bill said Labor was 3 hours. At $129 per hour, I should have been charged $400 or so. I was charged $616 with n clearly labelling labor and parts. My bill said Labor was 3 hours. At $129 per hour, I should have been charged $400 or so. I was charged $616 with no explanation. I brought it to the attention of the Service Manage by email but 1 week and I am still waiting for a response. More
