I did not purchase my car here but was traveling in the vicinity of this dealership and needed service. I was welcomed. The service manager texted me to inform me that the part was available. This is a well run organization with a customer friendly approach and attitude. I have always been impressed by the helpful staff of every Kenny Ross department. The folks in the service department at Kenny Ross Subaru are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under my warranty. They repaired my jeep no questions asked. And did not charge me for the work nor the part. What a great group of folks.. They really know how to take care of their customers. . If you're looking for used or new go see those guys! More
