Called, made appointment for state inspection and to have the AC checked. AC fixed itself on way to appointment. Arrived and was taken in and scheduled promptly. Got inspection and oil change. Service was prompt and as expected. What else is there to say? I don't remember who waited on me but I will give them a 5*. While Kenny Ross has very pleasant Service Managers, their actual service needs major improvement. I waited 8 months for a part that they told me I would receive in 3-6 months with no update. When I cal their actual service needs major improvement. I waited 8 months for a part that they told me I would receive in 3-6 months with no update. When I called in, the part had miraculously been shipped that day. While I was waiting for the part, they put a temporary fix on my car that they didn’t even understand the effects of. In my next visit, they charged me $100 to “fix” said effect THAT THEY CAUSED. I caught them and they refunded me with no questions - the only reason for the 3 Stars over a 2 Stars, but it caused me another trip in and a brand new battery. Then when I finally took my car in for the part, they had to call me to ask why my car was dropped off since my normal service manager was out on vacation. So, their internal communication and paper trail also needs improvement. My car is hopefully fixed, but I I will hesitate taking it back to Kenny Ross in the future. More
