Had a simple brake light bulb replaced. Now my tail light is loose. Called and spoke to service manager who said he would call me back. Never called me back. I've called and left 2 messages Now my tail light is loose. Called and spoke to service manager who said he would call me back. Never called me back. I've called and left 2 messages since then. It's been two weeks now with no returned call. All I want is for my tail light to be put back together properly. That should be a minimal expectation for a dealership! More

This is the second Forester we have purchased at Keny Ross. This was the first time we met Christina. She was very pleasant and helpful without being pushy or trying to rush the sale.
