Excellent purchase I was searching for a used Subaru for a descent price on line and came across a 2011 Outback that fit my budget. I filled out the information request on line and received a call from Paul Sarp within 2 minutes of hitting the submit button. That impressed me.I told him I would be down in the morning to take a look at it since I live about 2 hours away. The car was clean and drove extremely well. We worked on the trade value and came up with a satisfying price for both of us. We closed the purchase deal at the new car dealership without any problems. We worked with Mark Kromel, business manager on the transfer and the financial payment. Mark was extremely professional in preparing the paperwork. My only comment is he needs to have larger envelopes to put all the papers together. More

Got the Job Done I came to Kenny Ross after I had frustration trying to locate the Subaru Impreza. The color and car I wanted were very difficult to find.
