I was taken care of by Jim who helped us every step of the way on buying our new car. He understood what we needed in order to get the car we needed and he made it happen and we are more them appreciative. After we got set up we had Jason help us with Financing. Here is a man who loves his job and loves to help people. He was honest and fair and he solidified us the rate we needed to take our car off the lot with the additional coverage that was best for situation. Very nice experience It has been 11 yrs since I purchased a vehicle so I spent a lot of time looking online for the right car for the right price. When I got to the lot, Nick came right over and helped me locate the car I was looking for. After taking it and another car for a teat drive. I knew that I wanted the car I came for Nick didn't try to push me towards a more expensive car. He was able to get me a fair interest rate since my credit is not the best. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. No hidden fees for the cost of the car. Working with Vikki, the finance lady, was even an enjoyable experience, unlike other dealerships I have worked with. Took about 2.5 hrs from start to finish, which is good in my opinion for buying a car I would recommend any of my friends to Kenny Ross. They have a great selection of reasonable priced used cars and the staff was very nice to work with. More

Paul had us laughing from the time we walked through the door until we left with our new Crosstrek. We got a great deal on our car that was lower than competitor prices. Paul was very low pressure, honest, and patient with us as we took the time to make a decision. He even followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was ok. Once we made the decision to buy Jay Sanderson did a great job walking us through all if the features and answer any questions we had about our new car. Jay was very friendly and helpful and even stayed late to make sure we had everything squared away.
