Other people I dealt with there were just as nice. He spent a great deal of time on delivery--there was so much to go over, and he took his time. Only disappointment was for my trade--I wanted more, but we did meet half way. Got the Kelly Blue Book price with no haggling for the new vehicle. I was also disappointed to discover the windshield wiper fluid wasn't topped off--thought all fluids would be, but that's minor. More

That impressed me.I told him I would be down in the morning to take a look at it since I live about 2 hours away. The car was clean and drove extremely well. We worked on the trade value and came up with a satisfying price for both of us. We closed the purchase deal at the new car dealership without any problems. We worked with Mark Kromel, business manager on the transfer and the financial payment. Mark was extremely professional in preparing the paperwork. My only comment is he needs to have larger envelopes to put all the papers together. More

Got the Job Done I came to Kenny Ross after I had frustration trying to locate the Subaru Impreza. The color and car I wanted were very difficult to find.
