Great Forester Purchase Experience We went to Kenny Ross since our initial online pricing and negotiations revealed a price from them that sounded too good to be true. I asked the internet sales consultant whether the price was truly out the door including everything (tax, title, fees, etc.) and was assured that it was. I asked again and was invited to come in and they'll explain. So we went. The guy wasn't available and referred us to Jamie. Turns out the price was too good to be true, and at first Jamie asked her manager Troy about it and he denied to acknowledge it too. I was getting a little upset at this point as this 2 hours RT trip was starting to seem like a waste. But then Troy asked his manager and they decided to honor it as a one time courtesy. Jamie took over from they point and was friendly and professional throughout the process. She asked us where needed and got help where needed. She was patient when she had to stay after hours and answered questions to the best of her ability. The finance manager Jed was interested in upselling but was subtle and courteous about it. Good experience there too! Can definitely recommend her and Kenny Ross after this experience! More
