Martin listened to what I needed in terms of model features and price range and matched me up with a Crosstrek. Martin has expert knowledge of the Subaru products both mechanically and technically, and did additional product and model research if I had questions that could not immedicately be answered. They also presented financing for both purchase and lease and explained all in detail. At no time did I feel pressured into an upsale or intimidated by financing options which, from what I understand, is rare for any dealership. More
Double teamed and cheated. No chance at a fair deal I took two cars in for a trade. I first spoke with Jeff Wolfgang He had his boss look at my 2010 Mazda Miata. They offered me $14,500 about $2500.Less than I paid them for the car a few months ago. My second car a 2009 Outback did not arrive as my son got lost. I told them I would be back in the morning with both cars ready to deal. Jeff spoke up and said that was his day off. I replied that I would be in Saturday. He didn't like that idea and went in to talk to Jim the sales manager. He came out and said Jim told him to drive me home and get the other trade back to the lot. Since it was around a 30 mile drive I wondered why the were so quick to prove transportation. We went and got my Subaru and Jim reviewed it for a trade, He first offered me$6000 which I didn't consider then he went to $8000 which was better but didn't match the price I had gotten at Day Subaru and another dealer who had offered me $10000. Jim said he couldn't match any price that was fraudulent or based on odd trade. He talked as if I were lying and then he said he would be lucky to get $10000 for the car at retail. I asked why the car was only worth $8000. He replied that the front bumpers was scraped and would nee replaced. He said that the hood had a small u shape ding that would require the whole hood to be refinished. There were also scratches on the side of the car that would probably need to be refinished. Finally the front seat had seat covers that had adhesive that would need to be removed. If it could be removed. The car had 36,000 and I also had every service order for scheduled maintaining and recalls. I went in to talk with Jeffery and he said he had been a body man and would take a look. When he went out to the car his "comments" were exactly the same as Jims. Not close, not similar but exactly the same. I finally did accept the offers and picked out the used Outback that I would tale in trade. It had after all been a long day and Jeff knew I was a diabetic and have a heat condition. I believe they used this information to wear me down. We went up to the main building and I asked Jeff if I could see my car. He said the people from the office were working over to get my paperwork done. I also asked about a break on the price and he said ni it had been marked down lost month. I ended up paying full lot price. About a week after this fiasco I saw my 2009 Outback that was "worth barely" 10000 on the internet for 12888 which is double what they gave me in trade. This not a case of a dealer making a profit but a case of two employees working together to cheat me out a fair price on my trades. I was told the fi up shop had billed $1500 to prepare the car for sale. They could have given me the $10000. made me happy and still sold the car and made a fair profit. I feel that I was xxxxx by Kenny Ross and now they will not communicate with me. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! When I first arrived to look at cars, everyone was very friendly and willing to help whenever we needed. He was very friendly, kind and understanding of my situation. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them that day and he even helped us in his off hours with questions that I had about the vehicle. Bill, one of the managers showed my father and I around the facility, including the spotless garage. I ended up purchasing a vehicle there and they were able to get the price to where I needed. Holly was the finance person we worked with, very friendly and helpful. As I drove away with the vehicle, not even 5 miles down the road, I noticed a dime sized chip in the windshield that I did not notice when I test drove it! I called Tom back and he spoke with a manager, Jim, who came out to inspect it and said he would replace the windshield for me, what a relief! Overall, we experienced excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the experience. I would come back again for my next vehicle! More
