We opted for additional accessories, and they came in on time, and was installed perfectly by the onsite service department. There was no pressure after the sale to purchase additional items, insurance, protection packages, all were presented at a fair value and reviewed entirely to me in no hard to understand term and language. Jimmy found the car with the package we were searching for in VA and went and got it - even before we committed. Holly was awesome navigating us through the financing and securing a decent loan. And on the day we took delivery - Joe was second to no other! He knew we had new car buyer anxiety, and took the time to walk us though the process and then through every inch of our new car.
