The absolute worst I have been dealing with this dealership for over a year and a half now to try to get what I had been promised at sale time. JD Brown is the worst car I have been dealing with this dealership for over a year and a half now to try to get what I had been promised at sale time. JD Brown is the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with!!! He is worse than a snake-oil salesman. Lies are all that he knows in order to make a quick hustle. Most of the other staff I have dealt with are at least superficially polite, but incompetent. Trying to get through their phone system has led to multiple hang-ups on me and I have only once received a return phone call-do not leave a message, they will not call you back. I can only summarize my experience as abusive toward customers. If you want constant lies, frustration and high blood pressure, by all means use this dealership. If negative stars were an option, I would give them. More

ALSO and this is UNIQUE no OTHER dealership offers this, they have an exchange policy, that if you encounter an issue with a car you bought you can exchange it for another car. I bought a car, started driving it and realized the seat was causing me horrible lower back pain. I was totally stressed out, but they said, "don't worry" I brought it back NO HASSLES and I found a car that was right for me and my family. If you need a car see them!! Can't thank them enough! More
