A wonderful experience I really hated the idea of buying a new car, because my husband or dad had always done it for me. Now that both are no longer around, I was on my own to do my own haggling. After narrowing my choices and doing my homework with Consumer Reports and TrueCar I set out to find the best deal possible. Joe Pecora enticed me with a good price, to travel 26 miles to visit the showroom, which is gorgeous. He had the car warming up for me when I arrived. After a test drive , he drew up their numbers, but he and Jim accepted the fact that I wanted to consider other cars/manufacturers. Any ?s that arose, were answered promptly by phone call or email. @ no time did I feel pressured. When KR was able to meet another dealers lower price on a Outback, I decided to go with Kenny Ross Subaru. Tonight I did the paperwork with Holly and she was great too! I feel very good about this purchase. More
