Appointment with Kenny Ross Mazda. I had to reschedule my original time from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm which I did easily online the night before using the confirmation email. I was seen promptly upon arrival. 15,000 mile service check completed in less than 1 hour. Discount given on oil change with information on how to receive future oil discounts.
