They are a great dealership and Mike is a very good representative. I also worked with Newton on learning the features of my new car. That was also a great experience. I have been having an ongoing problem with excess oil consumption. It is frustrating that I now need to carry extra oil in my car. One had gotten an over-$5,000 estimate from another dealership for work Kenny Ross said wasn't needed. Instead, he was going to be paying a $100 deductible for a more minor repair that was covered on his extended warrantee. So glad I got my Subaru Crosstrek at Kenny Ross. From the salesman to the service people to the clerical staff, they are great!!! More
