I had the absolute pleasure of meeting meeting Rob Piovesan. Who exceeded my already high expectations that I have of Kenny Ross personnel. I've been a Kenny Ross customer for years and had previously Piovesan. Who exceeded my already high expectations that I have of Kenny Ross personnel. I've been a Kenny Ross customer for years and had previously had typically gone to same salesman. They were able to retire since I last needed assistance. Not knowing this, Rob was still a rock star. Even better, on top of his top tier customer service, he was even able to get me into a new lease at a price that worked for me. I can't thank him know for his patience, understanding, and commitment to furthering out relationship. I enjoyed the experience enough that I certainly plan to seek Rob out next time I need assistance. Couldn't be leaving the dealership any happier. Thank you Rob and Thank you to the entire team at Kenny Ross! More

I purchased my 2017 Jeep Cherokee from Kenny Ross Subaru on June 11 2020 from Lloyd (buddy christmas) whatever u wanna call him. It was a long process starting from being lied to from the financing departme on June 11 2020 from Lloyd (buddy christmas) whatever u wanna call him. It was a long process starting from being lied to from the financing department. After driving an hour away to get financed they informed me they couldn’t finance with no proof of income. Well in the middle of a pandemic I told them I didn’t have anything other than my unemployment but my van blew up I have a handicapped son can they help me. We were stranded then suddenly now they can finance with no proof of income because I have good credit. Cool. I came for a Dodge Journey they tried to put me in a Hyundai Elantra. Pushed paperwork through and everything... again my son is in a wheelchair?!? So now they can offer me a Jeep Cherokee or a Subaru Outback. I went with the Cherokee. It eat drove it to the light and back. Wasn’t allowed Any further. Was told after hours and finalizing paperwork that I couldn’t leave with the car because it needed to be looked at they just got it in. Again I’m stranded over an hour from home. So they finally agreed to give me a loaner. After telling me they had none. They had no other option at this point. The next day I go pick it up they reassured me everything was good. A month later the check engine light comes on. Transmission problems. Then the spark plug boots had cracked and needed new kits. Then another transmission problem. To now here we are it needs a new purge valve in the engine or where ever. There’s an issue again with the transmission it needs a new gear shift and circuit board and the entire flex pipe is rusted and has a leak and a hole. I called the dealership many times and have gotten nowhere. Today I had enough I can’t figure out how my entire flex pipe is rusted through and through in 8 months!! I demanded to speak with someone who can help me. Mike the sales manager referred me to the used car sales manager. He left a note for him to call me said he came in at 2. Well since I was stranded again at a dealership waiting for my car I called him at 330. He was rude disrespectful out of line spoke over me laughed and downright unprofessional. I again called Mike. He defended this mans actions saying he heard parts of the conversation and maybe I kid understand. Maybe I misunderstood when this man asked me “is it my car or your car” so it’s my problem. Maybe I misunderstood him talking to me stupid. So again I ask Mike what can you do for me. He says he’s going to walkover to the service department right now and see what can be done and call me back. Well here we are two hours later no call and judging by the reviews I’ve read I won’t be getting one. I’m debating on driving out there. Contacting a lawyer. Maybe the BBB lemon law. Whoever I can contact to make some noise. Because this is downright bad customer service I have videos and photos of the flex pipe I’ll be posting on every forum I possibly can. More
On November 11, 2020 my son (and I) purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster from Kenny Ross Subaru. After completing the test drive we made the salesman (Buddy) aware of an issue we noticed. The car was loudl Hyundai Veloster from Kenny Ross Subaru. After completing the test drive we made the salesman (Buddy) aware of an issue we noticed. The car was loudly squealing. He took it through the service department where they made an adjustment and said it was fixed, and if it continued to squeal in a week or so to bring it back. We made the appointment to take the car back for the squealing noise on Saturday December 12th. When I spoke with the service department about my sons car and explained that this was an issue that was still not fixed, the service person let me know my son was not old enough to get a loaner because of his age. When my son took his car to the dealership, (which is an hour away from our home) he mentioned there was another noise the car was making. When they thought the squealing issue was fixed they returned the car to my son, and told him he would have to take his car to a Hyundai dealership because they cannot diagnose the other noise he is mentioning, as he thought it was coming from his turbo. His car was squealing again before he arrived home. On December 21st I spoke with the local Hyundai dealership, where we had his car to have the other noise diagnosed. They told me there was an upfront charge to diagnose the car, and he would call me with any information. When the service department called me they stated that the serpentine belt was where the squealing was coming from, the car badly needed an alignment and the right brake pads were almost metal on metal. When I asked if these were issues that could have been caused within a month or so of having the car he said no, and that I should call the dealership, and that if I bought it from a dealership they should have put it through a check to fix those issues. They were going to keep the car at Hyundai until the brakes were completed on Wednesday December 23. On December 21st I called the manager of the service department at Kenny Ross and left a message. On December 22 in the late afternoon I had not yet heard from the service manager so I called the salesman and he later called me back. He was surprised I had these issues because the car was run through the service department prior to sale, and also because it was there the week before. He went and talked with someone and Larry called me back. When I brought these issues to his attention he wanted me to drive 25 minutes to get the car from the Hyundai dealership, then drive an hour to Kenny Ross, which I am against because the car was there last week, they did not fix the issue and suggested taking it to Hyundai to properly diagnose the problem. I stated that was very inconvenient, and they already had an opportunity to fix the car and did not, also that my son would again have to take off of work. He stated that they would be able to give him a loaner, which again, I was told the week before he was too young. I plan to follow through and have the car fixed at Hyundai. I would like Kenny Ross to refund the cost of diagnosing the problem any repair charges to fix the squeal (serpentine belt), the alignment and the brake and rotor change. The Hyundail dealership suggested keeping the brakes/ rotors to give to Kenny Ross if there was an issue because they should not have sold a car like that. The cost is around $600 for a car that we have not yet made the first payment for. More
My daughter purchased a used vehicle. We knew the car was old, but you could have been more honest about condition. Salesman JD wanted to make sure the vehicle was decent. Knew we wanted to get a couple yea old, but you could have been more honest about condition. Salesman JD wanted to make sure the vehicle was decent. Knew we wanted to get a couple years out of it. Only was allowed to drive around parking lot. That was because if driven too far engine light would have came on. Supposedly replaced the timing belt. No way was done Engine light came on shortly after Purchasing - 31 items displayed A good salesman would have directed us to a new car. Hard expensive lesson learned. JD And KeenyRoss dealership should be a shamed Never dealing with them againW More
NEVER buy a car from any Kenny Ross Dealership, especially Jeff Pepper at Kenny Ross Subaru. I was talking to Jeff about a used car, and I traveled to this dealership to test drive the car. The air especially Jeff Pepper at Kenny Ross Subaru. I was talking to Jeff about a used car, and I traveled to this dealership to test drive the car. The airbag warning light came on during my drive, yet he insisted there was nothing wrong with the car. He could not drive with me because of the health precautions for COVID-19, but Jeff never even offered to drive the car for himself to see if the light came on. Jeff continued to say the car had nothing wrong with it, and there was nothing the dealership could do because the "light is not on." He did not treat me with respect whatsoever. He belittled what I had to say. So much for the "...stellar reputation for customer service..." that is listed on their website. I don't think anyone should EVER buy a car or have their car serviced from a company that has this rude man as an employee. More
