The service & people where great however, I was very disappointed with the cost of an oil change & tire rotation. Even with a $20 off coupon, my bill was $82 which I believe was well over inflate - almo disappointed with the cost of an oil change & tire rotation. Even with a $20 off coupon, my bill was $82 which I believe was well over inflate - almost $100 without a coupon is ridiculous. My husband drives an 2020 Acura and his bill for an oil change & tire rotation was only $65. While I like the people at KR Subaru I feel their service costs is way out of line and will look elsewhere next time I need an oil change & tire rotation. More

Went in for my 2 week tech check-up with Newton. Upon arriving I had lots of questions and was confused about many things. Newton answered every question I had and explained things I didn't even know abo arriving I had lots of questions and was confused about many things. Newton answered every question I had and explained things I didn't even know about on my car. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Newton is the perfect person for this job. He spent extra time with me and I didn't feel rushed. It was a valuable appointment!
