Service advisor very helpful. Did say it would take 1-1/2 hours to complete, but was finished in 40 min. I was pleased. Wished there were some new cars to check out. Friendly and helpful. Felt pressured to take extended warranty after having said no several times. Overall, happy with car. Added dealership prep extras are good features but pushed price up as cost is passed to customer. No opportunity to refuse extras as already installed or service done to car. Extra $2100 in price.
