Best overall Subaru Dealership and Service Dept in my area, have dealt with them all. They were the only one to offer me the Subaru Loyalty. Their Service Manager is wonderful. Steve Runion is a terrific area, have dealt with them all. They were the only one to offer me the Subaru Loyalty. Their Service Manager is wonderful. Steve Runion is a terrific Service Advisor as well. He takes the time to explain things to me and make sure my car is set to how it was when I came in. More

This checkup was extra long for various reasons and Jakob kept me updated on the service. He offered me a rental vehicle to go home or out to lunch. I really appreciated his kindness. The mechanic, Sean Hudson even met me as I was checking out to explain why everything took so long and why the expensive care for my car, was necessary. I want to take care of my car and I believe this dealership is providing that. Jakob was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and gave me great advice in taking care of my car. He explained how I may take care of the issue I have had, regarding loss of oil, for the past 10 years. I really appreciated the advice.
