They always are so friendly and kind. I've never once had any issue even as a women getting things done, they never try and up sale or lie about something being wrong. This past time they did recommend a tire rotation and all I had to say was I worked for goodyear and they understood that a tire rotation was something I could do myself and didn't need to pay them for. Every reputed dealership provides an itemized bill clearly labelling labor and parts. My bill said Labor was 3 hours. At $129 per hour, I should have been charged $400 or so. I brought it to the attention of the Service Manage by email but 1 week and I am still waiting for a response. More
