They always are so friendly and kind. I've never once had any issue even as a women getting things done, they never try and up sale or lie about something being wrong. This past time they did recommend a tire rotation and all I had to say was I worked for goodyear and they understood that a tire rotation was something I could do myself and didn't need to pay them for.
