I was almost charged for an oil change, they should be able to see that I purchased the maintenance warrenty! Also was asked if I wanted a fog light replaced for around 28.99 so I said sure. Well with lab able to see that I purchased the maintenance warrenty! Also was asked if I wanted a fog light replaced for around 28.99 so I said sure. Well with labor & tax it wasover $60. Had known it wasn't what I was told I would've definitely had my husband just change it. Felt like the service was very poor and just trying to take my money. I bought my car brand new in January and was satisfied. I guess I should look elsewhere for service. More

I had discussed with Krystal my situation with the previous car lots and didn’t really wanna waste my time and needed a car and if they couldn’t help that that was fine she reassured everything looked previous car lots and didn’t really wanna waste my time and needed a car and if they couldn’t help that that was fine she reassured everything looked good with the bank to only come in and was offered vehicles with over 90,000 miles on it the car I chose to drive off in was over 6 years old that I had choose from and they told me more money down that would of been fine if that was mentioned on the phone I could of saved more and had better options really needing a vehicle and no more hits to my credit I chose a car that I’m really not happy about it but I spent over 3 hours after scheduling a appointment with them waiting for help for over a hour I would be careful visiting this place they don’t care what they put you in they make it seems like it’s your fault when they say they can help they Sales person kept telling that my choices were better than the car I had at home which was a insult I would stay clear of this place !!!!!
