In addition to the other routine service items I had also alerted the service advisor that the alarm icon on my dash was constantly flashing and the car was "chirping." That problem WAS NOT resolved. After alerted the service advisor that the alarm icon on my dash was constantly flashing and the car was "chirping." That problem WAS NOT resolved. After I returned home and the problem persisted I called the Service Manager and the Service Advisor who I dealt with. I had to leave messages, but no one has returned my calls...it has now been FOUR DAYS ! I am not happy. More

Everyone was great to deal with and they all went over and beyond to get me in my new vehicle. I dealt with about 6-7 different individuals and everyone great. Definitely running a tight ship.
