When i bought my subaru, on march 18, iwas promised a 100 dollar visa card, and in april he promised me another 100 for not getting my car undercoat. They changed the cards to pittsbugh. Which was of no good to me becase i dont go to pittsburgh. When i bought the car I signed a statement for a 100 visa card

Your Service manager is choosing to ignore me and not help or refund my money. They could have put a new engine in the car cheaper than they cost me by improperly repairing mine and now I had to buy an engine. The are hacks and liars. They took the engine apart to check for issues and said none were found and reassmbled it and shimmed valves and as I can see now is way to tight and it dropped a valve and kicked other rockers off. They need to do something about it except ignore a collison center that went to them for help
