Got exactly what I wanted at a great price I traveled about an hour and a half to this dealership for the specific make, model, trim, and features I had researched, and I'm glad I did. We also got a much better financing deal than we were offered by our bank before going to the dealership. This was my first experience buying a car at a dealership, and the helpfulness of everyone who helped us, especially our salesperson Samantha, made the experience much more enjoyable and less stressful than I expected. More

Friendly and helpful. I traded in a 2002 Subaru Forester for a 2011 Mazda 3 sport hatchback. The car was in fantastic condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If they did not know an answer to one of my questions, they made sure to find out the answer. They even went so far as to print off a guide to the car starter for me, since there was some confusion initially as to its operation. I went late morning, so the deal went through the lunch period, and the staff even offered to buy me lunch. Everything was taken care of smoothly on their end, the only complication coming from my insurance provider, which caused the deal to take a little longer than normal. Even though the delay was not on their end, the staff was still apologetic and gave me a free emergency kit. I would definitely recommend this dealer for both their selection and service. More

Also the young woman who did our paperwork explained everything in detail which was particularly helpful as this was our first time leasing! The new Subaru facility where we checked out is an awesome place to sit and wait as things are processing. My daughter had the same experience at Kenny Ross Subaru back in February which led us to decide to make this purchase at their establishment also!!! More
